Meet the 75F® Multi Sensor

Meet the newest addition to our suite of smart sensors, the 75F Multi Sensor. An all-in-one wall sensor supporting indoor air quality (IAQ), comfort, and efficiency, the Multi Sensor simplifies demand-control ventilation (DCV) and Title 24 sequences in multi-zone applications.

This compact device includes sensors for temperature, humidity, occupancy, and CO₂, eliminating the need to install multiple sensors for sequences of operation like DCV. It plugs into the 75F Smart Node via a standard three-wire sensor bus to inform equipment control decisions based on real-time data from a space. Where the 75F HyperStat and its industry-first eight onboard sensors are suited for single-zone applications, the Multi Sensor shines best in multi-zone applications.

The Multi Sensor's points for comfort (temperature and humidity) and air quality (CO₂) gain elevated use cases with its occupancy sensor, which allows building owners to activate 75F's Auto Away and Auto Forced Occupied modes. These dynamic control modes will automatically place zones into a light setback mode when no people are detected during scheduled occupied hours, and bring zones to setpoint when people are detected during scheduled unoccupied hours.

75F's new product works seamlessly with our IoT-based Building Management System (BMS), including user portal Facilisight. This allows facility managers or building owners to see Multi Sensor data in pre-packaged or custom analytics dashboards that can share across internal or external platforms for sustainability and air quality tracking.
