HyperStat Split:
Advanced RTU Upgrades Over Two Wires.

Why Run More Wire
When Just Two Will Do?

The HyperStat Split empowers contractors to upgrade RTUs with advanced rooftop control with unprecedented ease. Using only two existing wires from the RTU to the thermostat, HyperStat Split provides dual enthalpy economizer, demand-control ventilation, and VFD control. Plus, an onboard PIR occupancy sensor enhances energy savings with auto away.

Data Sheet

Sense from the front

Both an occupant interface and a powerful indoor air quality sensing station, the HyperStat Split's zone-facing half takes user input and collects data on temperature, humidity, light, sound, VOCs, CO₂, occupancy, and particulate matter.

Control from the Back

Each HyperStat Split comes equipped with a Connect Module to place inside an RTU or FCU to perform stage or modular control. With the ability to accept up to eight universal analog inputs, the back half of the HyperStat Split moves load control away from the zone.

Be the First to Know

HyperStat Split's hefty i/o package includes a condensate overflow sensor and a dirty filter sensor with notifications so you'll be the first to know when your RTU needs maintenance.

Flexible programming
for multiple use cases

Use HyperStat Split as part of 75F's IoT-based Building Management System, in a BACnet variant to communicate via BACnet MSTP, or on its own in standalone mode.
