75F wins at National Energy Efficiency Innovation Awards 2023

75F wins at National Energy Efficiency Innovation Awards 2023 for providing energy efficiency and thermal comfort to India’s largest e-commerce building.

Bureau of Energy Efficiency honors the company’s commitment to revolutionizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

Even as 2023 was wrapping up, 75F was making hay through the sunshine. On 14 December 2023, 75F was honored at the National Energy Efficiency Innovation Awards 2023, as a part of the ‘National Energy Conservation Day’ celebrations. The National Conservation Day was instituted by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) in a bid to encourage companies to reduce energy consumption and recognize those who achieved it efficiently.

At the award function, held in Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi, the BEE at the Ministry of Power, Government of India, crowned 75F APAC as the winner in the “Building” category for providing energy efficiency and thermal comfort to India’s largest e-commerce building. Honorable President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, who was the Chief Guest at the function, felicitated the winners of the awards. The award function was also graced by the presence of Shri R.K Singh, Union Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy, and Shri Krishnan Pal, Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries.

While addressing the function, Mrs Murmu underlined the importance of energy conservation, stating that the health and happiness of everyone lied in the conservation and good health of nature. At the award function, the Union Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy Shri R. K. Singh also spoke. He pointed to the dedicated efforts by industry and other stakeholders, which he stated was taking forward the energy conservation movement in the country.

The award was received by Gaurav Burman, Managing Director, 75F APAC. While sharing his joy at winning the honor, he said, “At 75F, we see the potential for IoT technology to improve everyday lives, better the occupant experience, and increase operational efficiency. We dared to dream and succeed. In one of the largest and one-of-a-kind retrofit energy-saving projects, 75F delivered Dynamic Air Flow (DAB), Dynamic Chilled Water Balancing (DCWB), and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) applications to save energy, eliminate thermal discomfort, deliver end-to-end automation, and provide a completely customizable energy dashboard. We thank everyone who has supported us on this incredible journey.”

75F’s mission is to improve occupant productivity through enhanced comfort and indoor air quality—all while saving energy and the environment. So, at 75F, we realize it is an incredibly proud moment to be recognized for our commitment to revolutionizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

The company offers the world’s largest IoT-based building management system, using predictive and proactive building intelligence with built-in AI and analytics. And the prestigious award is a testament to the belief and vision at 75F, in how IoT technology can improve operational efficiency while enhancing occupant experience every day. We have consistently accomplished this across tech parks, offices, and co-working spaces, malls and retail outlets, hotels and restaurant chains, hospitals and diagnostic centers, and mixed-use high-rises.

So also, this award is indeed a win for 75F APAC. And it is a win for everyone who seeks and helps in building a greener future using technology as a facilitator towards building sustainable, environment-friendly, and smarter products for users. The recognition through the award further motivates 75F to keep pushing boundaries and pioneering solutions that make a positive impact towards a Net Zero world. 75F and its stakeholders, especially its customers, will continue to drive innovation and create a more energy-efficient world.

Given below are some of the 75F applications that help save energy, eliminate thermal discomfort, deliver end-to-end automation, and provide a completely customizable energy dashboard:

Dynamic Airflow Balance (DAB)

Dynamic Airflow Balancing ensures proven performance in buildings of every size. It scales easily from simple RTUs to advanced hybrid AHUs, and works out of the box to set fan speed to airflow requirements in the system based on thermodynamic calculations to continuously redirect air.

Dynamic Chilled Water Balancing (DCWB)

Dynamic chilled water balancing makes managing buildings a breeze with the 75F® Facilisight suite of web and mobile apps. It provides insight into any building’s HVAC system, views and adjusts air temperatures, checks system performance, and creates custom schedules via the portal or mobile app. The DCWB Global Policy Editor allows users to even push updates to multiple locations with one click, making workflow far more efficient.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) applications

The IAQ applications help determine the level of contaminants present in indoor air. As it optimizes airflow, the IAQM systems uses occupancy sensors, modeling and air quality data, demand control ventilation, outside air economizing, and other tools to minimize wasted energy costs.
