WeWork promises enhanced HVAC standards as a key health and safety measure across its premises. As a service-centered brand, the ambiance of the workspace is critical to promoting its office spaces to potential occupants. To keep its brand promise, the brand was looking for a solution that would provide complete HVAC monitoring and controls to WeWork’s enterprise clients. A BMS solution that could provide operational visibility to critical rooms along with capabilities for integrations with UPS, VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detector Apparatus), etc. After successful pilots at their Embassy Tech Village office location, WeWork chose 75F’s IoT-powered highly customizable building management solution to improve comfort and occupant productivity with increased energy efficiency

After a thorough understanding of customer’s objectives and goals, 75F's experts proposed the following solution for WeWork’s brand-new office at Manyata Tech Park
HVAC Automation Control:
One of the most challenging aspects of managing coworking spaces is balancing the comfort and air quality of multiple zones. To address that challenge we installed our award-winning Dynamic Airflow Balancing System and Dynamic Chilled Water System to provide a comprehensive integration for enhanced HVAC control. Depending on the temperature, airflow, and humidity requirements in each zone, the system proactively controls the chilled water flow rate, and automated response to VFDs for fan motors, and AHUs and modulated the Smart Dampers installed across the site. This ingenious solution was designed to maintain comfort with less chilled water to drive better energy efficiency.
Results:
The bespoke solutions engineered to meet the WeWork facility management objectives resulted in reduced energy consumption while ensuring superior ambient quality. Added features such as remote monitoring, live reporting, and insight-driven data metrics with intuitive user interface dashboards optimized operational efficiency and enabled the workspace brand to deliver on its promise to its clients.
Smart Solution for Incremental Energy Efficiency: 75F’s deployed solution has helped WeWork record savings of up to 19.2% in HVAC energy consumption along with a high-quality ambiance for occupants while achieving energy savings of 4,05,785kWh.
Integration with industry Standard equipment’s instantly: The standard profiles of equipment maintained by 75F teams allowed complete transparency of equipment functionality and long-term feasibility before they were commissioned from vendors. The readily available templates accelerated the equipment integration process by three times and ensured smooth execution of the project timeline.
Flexible Rezoning Capabilities: The wireless Smart Node/Smart Damper infrastructure allows flexibility to the WeWork facility team to rezone certain spaces as per their requirements without taking up significant retrofits on the ductworks.
