A wireless building management system providing in-depth, real time insight
What do you get when you combine a state-of-the-art building sensor and control supervisor, an applied equipment controller for everything from staged DX cooling to analog VFD and coil control, and an instantly compatible BACnet IP server? Answer: the 75F Central Control Unit (CCU), a removable wall-mounted tablet and on-site user interface for building management. Customers appreciate real time data visualization and graphs, zone and equipment-specific performance and status, and an elegant and modern design.
The Central Control Unit acts as a wall-mounted aggregation gateway for 75F’s wireless terminal equipment modules in a building. It consists of a tablet running Android and a Control Mote that provides inputs & outputs for connecting to central plant equipment.
The CCU works with single and multi-stage systems, heat pump systems, fan coil units, air handlers, variable flow hydronic systems and more. Control up to 48 terminal equipment modules per CCU and enjoy proactive, predictive control.
The CCU is the hub of information and management for all aspects of your building. It uses an intuitive user interface which color-coded alerts, a zone status and comfort index dashboard, and real-time graphs of sensor inputs. Make schedule and setpoint adjustments, adjust system run times, and more.
The CCU features easy mobile pairing, configuration and settings setup. It easily pairs with the 75F Smart Node, the 75F Smart Stat, and our wireless sensors. The CCU tablet is easily removable from the wall, allowing mobile capabilities throughout your facility.
The CCU is the communications head for the local modules and serves as the gateway to the Internet, by which 75F® Facilisight® Web and mobile software enables you to manage your entire system remotely. Remote monitoring and management capabilities include at-a-glance multi-site status and drill-down analysis, schedule and set point changes, and making changes to hundreds of buildings with a single click using our Global Policy Editor.
