  • Create D3 graphs and work with Azure, React JS, React native, Angular JS, Cordova

  • Design relational databases, programming SQL queries in SQL Server

  • Recognize and leverage established patterns.

Education and Experience (Recommended)

  • BE/ BTech degree in Computer Science
  • Must have strong web-based user-interface development skills
  • Must have experience in creating D3 graphs
  • Must have experience in React JS, React native, Angular JS, Cordova, Azure

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in web application development

75F seeks a motivated, Inside Sales Specialist and Executive Assistant to help our sales team with the lead generation, lead qualification, and managing relationships with customers and prospects. With our team, you will be a key contact for internal requests of the sales team to the operations and finance teams. You will also act as an Executive Assistant for our US-based, three-person, leadership team. This position has huge growth opportunities for both the successful applicant and our company.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact partners through phone calls, email, and mailings to implement sales initiatives.
  • Manage partner relationships by responding to dales reps and partner requests for information.
  • Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure handoffs to support, project management, inventory, and accounts receivable are successful and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure reporting and communication meets all internal and external requirements as assigned.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to executive level including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling.

Smart Buildings Pre-Sales Application Engineer

Description

75F seeks a motivated, Smart Buildings Pre-Sales Application Engineer to help our sales team with the building systems evaluation stage of the sales process. With our sales team, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.  

 

You will aid the sales team in determining a correct application of our smart building controls technology. In addition, you will provide technical support to customers both in the field and over the phone, focusing on installation and hardware issues. You must enjoy problem-solving; technical challenges and working with customers. The Smart Buildings Pre-Sales Application Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues and assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. This requires developing a proficient understanding of 75F online portals, mobile apps, and our Android tablet; having HVAC knowledge will help bridge communication with customers. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. The role will require travel to assist the sales team with setting up new representatives and contractors.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations
  • Prepare bill of materials for sales order
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Support sales team’s efforts through timely specifications, drawings, and review of documents as required
  • Clearly communicate with general contractors and facility managers
  • Document floorplan, wiring schematics and control sequence
  • Represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales and knowledge of building control systems, especially HVAC control sequences. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for travel.

 

Education and Experience (Recommended)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in HVAC and building controls or related technical sales

 

Other Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude / mechanical HVAC experience preferred. Ability to understand HVAC and lighting control systems required.   
  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Effective written and verbal communications and strong comprehension
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

 

Travel

This position requires frequent travel, more than 50%. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel is international. 

 

Note: Sales Engineer experience often has other titles including Application Engineer, Field Consultant, Pre-sales support, and Area Support Engineer.

75F seeks a motivated Embedded Software Engineer to help create our next generation of products. Within our engineering team you will be a key technical resource and product innovator. You must enjoy problem solving, technical challenges, and working in a high-energy work environment. Working with the product manager, system architect, and hardware and software teams you must be able to formulate a product roadmap and achieve on-time deliverables. Must be able to identify technical issues and assure complete execution through all stages of the development process. The goal is to create scalable, optimized software systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
  • Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software
  • Review code and design
  • Participate in the full software development life-cycle including requirements capture, design, implementation, and verification
  • Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources
  • Integrate and validate new product designs
  • Provide post production support
  • Interface with hardware design and development
  • Work according to project timelines and required processes

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related program.

Other Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of C or C++ level programing experience in embedded microcontroller environment
  • Experience with development and debugging tools (e.g. source level debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multi-meters, etc.) to perform development and troubleshooting
  • Effective written and verbal communications and strong comprehension
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development process

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Zigbee, Bluetooth, BACNet
  • Familiarity with Atmel microcontrollers
