About 75F

There are three words that guide our organization, both in our technology and work environment.

Innovation

We are disrupting an industry that has not seen much of any innovation over the last 30 years. In order to stay ahead of the curve, we have to be nimble, which is why we created a work environment that welcomes all ideas and allows project ownership regardless of title.

Comfort

Our philosophy of considering the wide array of factors that affect comfort doesn't end with our technology. It's just as important to 75F that we deliver the same promise to our employees by providing necessary outlets to recharge, while celebrating wins and offering flexible work styles.

Impact

Our employees work together to uphold our mission of offering a solution to the global energy crisis. Knowing our technology is making an impact is a key motivator. We view our work as more than a job, because together we can make a difference and have a lot of fun doing it.

What our employees love about us

1. More than the bottom line

75F is mission-driven across the board and our employees are no exception. They take our goal of solving the global energy crisis seriously, bringing their A game to every task at hand. Together, we are all moving forward to a more resilient and sustainable future.

2. Creative and fun environment

Brats & Bags parties, spontaneous ping-pong tournaments, and our infamous "Winning Bell" (please ask about this) are just a few ways we make sure our employees have the opportunity to build rapport and recharge their batteries. Our technology is serious, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Watch our company culture video to get a feel for daily life at 75F.

3. Different is celebrated

Whether you are the CEO, a new intern, or our self-titled "Chief Evangelist," we understand that you have ideas that can help change the company and change the world. Here, different is celebrated. We make sure everyone's voices are heard and we collaborate daily between departments. The biggest piece here is that we want our employees to feel empowered to make a difference within the company and within the lives of our customers.
