Like people across the U.S., the 75F Disruptors worked remotely as COVID-19 shuttered buildings for months. Our new office space, completed just before government-mandated shutdowns, sat empty. Now, with plenty of health and safety measures in place, we're finally settling into our new home.

It was no surprise that they showcased the same level of commitment to bringing the latest in sustainable technology to their Medina, Minnesota headquarters while providing the best working environment for their employees.
HVAC, which stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, isn't considered a super sexy industry. You won't see companies in this industry that grow as fast as Uber, Facebook, or Snapchat, especially in the commercial HVAC market. Titans like Honeywell or Trane have dominated this market for a long time and consequently, the fundamentals of managing a buildings ventilation system have not changed much either.
2014 was a big year for 75F. With the leadership and charisma of CEO, Deepinder Singh, the company snagged 9 awards in 6 months and collected over $300,000 in prize money.The company received an investment from Steve Case, co-founder of AOL and billionaire tech-enthusiast who hosted an entrepreneurial pitch competition named Rise of the Rest, that traveled throughout the Midwest to stimulate ventures outside of Silicon Valley.
