Therefore, when we were named one of the Top 100 Most Disruptive Companies in the World in 2017 alongside Tesla, we simply smiled. “Disruptive” is an interesting term because the verb "disrupt" indicates to cause disorder or turmoil, but when used in business it typically implies radical change. It is with this latter definition in mind, that we embrace being a top disruptor in 2017.
Kelly Huang, up-and-coming documentary filmmaker, environmental enthusiast and 75F videographer takes sustainability to heart. Her work, Unspoken and A Refugee’s Story: Khamsay Huang, were screened at the Illusion Theater in Feb 2016, as well as the New Ulm Film Society in May 2017. She’s worked on two projects that won an Upper Midwest Emmy and she received first place at the Blockhead Film Festival and second place in the Student Juried Exhibition in 2015. Cyprus Classical Academy and 75F partner to transform STEM learning into a real world project.
BURNSVILLE, MN, JUNE 2, 2017 – For many elementary schools, STEM programs consist of textbooks, online research and classroom experiments. For the students of Cyprus Classical Academy in Burnsville MN, STEM recently got real. On May 22, 8- and 9-year-old students installed the school’s HVAC control system through a partnership with 75F, a local building automation company.
