A big problem in small buildings

As an employer, you want to keep your employees as productive as possible - and there are many factors that contribute to a constructive workplace, but 75F is committed to a very important one.

75F focuses on providing comfort by fixing temperature imbalances often experience in light commercial buildings. Building control systems exist for large commercial buildings but are too expensive (and complex) for small commercial buildings to install. The result for light commercial buildings (which constitute over 90% of all commercial buildings in the US) is a static Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system that by definition, does not change.

We believe buildings are dynamic. 75F cloud based algorithms continuously learn and adjust to the shifting thermal envelope of your building. And because we believe there is more to maintaining the temperature in your building, than just the temperature in your building, the system accounts for the local forecast throughout the day and predicts the needs of your building as they change.

Many current HVAC systems overreact to temperature imbalances, creating thermal swings that decrease comfort and waste energy. 75F Dynamic Air Balancing proactively adjusts the entire system to maximize comfort and minimize energy consumption. This innovative ground-up approach to solving this age old problem can reduce energy costs by up to 40%.

A core belief of the company is that a “smart” system should not only give you control, but it should automate control. The idea behind the Internet of Things is so to a build solution that is so smart, you forget it's there. It's with this intent that we've designed our system, so that when you come to work you're comfortable and you don't need to think about adjusting the thermostat.

We are bringing unprecedented comfort to buildings that traditionally had to settle for much less. This helps employers keep their employees happy and save money, without sacrificing comfort. And this is only the beginning.
